Mrs. Julie Roedl received her Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. She also received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Julie is licensed by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Mrs. Roedl’s experience includes 3 years as a family educator at Hudleson Baptist Children’s Home in Centralia, IL. and 1 year as an Adolescent Substance Abuse Counselor at Community Resource Center in Centralia, IL. She also worked at Heartland Human Services in Effingham, IL for 7 years. During her employment at Heartland Human Services, she worked as an Adolescent Substance Abuse Therapist, Residential Adolescent Therapist/Case Manager, MISA population, worked in crisis intervention and with sex offenders & sex abuse victims along with a variety of Mental Health issues. Julie also spent 5 years at Catholic Charities as the Foster Care Supervisor and worked with Walter DUI and Counseling Services in Charleston and Effingham and Christian Social Services in Mt. Vernon, IL.

Mallory Weber is a recent school counselor and a licensed professional counselor. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing. After working in fundraising and special events, Mallory made the decision to spend her life working with children and families. Mallory attended Graduate school at Eastern Illinois University and studied School and Clinical Counseling. Before working in schools, she was employed as an addictions counselor.
Mallory lives in Effingham with her husband Bryce and their daughter Brynn.
